INTERNAL RENDERINGS
Walls plastered and coated with plastic paint except for the bathrooms and kitchens. Main bathroom walls covered with 30x15 cm. Crème Marfil pale marble tiles with decorated finish. In rest of bath rooms tiles to the height of washbasin marble top. Kitchens lined with ceramic tiles of the finest quality.
SUSPENDED CEILINGS
Plasterboard panels in kitchens, bath rooms, halls, box rooms and dining rooms according to the plans of each apartment.
EXTERNAL FURNISHING
Lacquered white aluminium with safety lock and rubber seals. In all apartments and attics Climalit double glazing fittings. Aluminium shutters on all ground floor windows except on the window-door from kitchen to patio. On other floors only in bedroom windows, all the mechanisms will be manual according to the project for each apartment.
INTERNAL FURNISHING
Heavy wooden entry doors with steel core, fittings and multiple locks. Dividing doors of lacquered wood with internal laminate. Wall cupboards with doors of lacquered wood internally filled with laminate wood. The interior of the cupboards will be optional according to the design.
FLOORING
Floors isolated acoustically with Impactodan or similar. Top grade Crème Marfil marble or similar 40x40 cm. tiles in reception rooms, bedrooms, bathrooms and box rooms. Ceramic tiles in kitchens or similar 30x30 cm. Sand colour ceramic tiles in porches, stairs and box rooms. Terraces paved with 30x30 cm sand colour ceramic tiles and traditional Terracotta brick 30x30 cm. in the attics. Garages and cellars paved with mechanically laid concrete and coloured. Garage ceiling rough finished.
KITCHENS
Equipped with high-grade furniture guaranteed for years and equipped with electrical appliances according to the plans of each apartment.
SANITARY FITTINGS
White Roca ´Dama Series´sanitary fittings and Gröhe ´Eurodur Series´ taps.
INSTALLATIONS
Water pipes made of copper with heat insulation. PVC drain- pipes. 200 litre electric water heater according to project.
HEATING AND AIRCONDITIONING
Pre-installation of connections for autonomous air conditioning and heating in each apartment.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
24 KW maximum permissible power in each apartment. Simon ´series 75´ mechanisms or similar. Independent control panel.

Two T.V. points for six terrestrial channels and fifteen satellite channels. Connection for a pay T.V. installation.
